For this project, I was coordinating with their daughter all the way in Argentina—remotely planning every tiny detail for their first-ever menu testing day here in Kamloops.

The family was nervous (as anyone would be!)—this was their first big step sharing their authentic Argentine dishes with the community.

But in just a few days, we pulled it together. The goal? To capture not just the food, but the soul of Rebo’s:
🍷 Shared tables.
🔥 Craftsmanship in the kitchen.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 That warm, family-run energy you feel the second you walk in.
